Genital herpes

Genital herpes is caused by the Herpes Simplex Virus. The symptomatology is very different, and sometimes it is completely absent, so the infection is not noticed. However, the symptoms can be drastic, pain, burning and itching in the infected area, abundant local secretion with bacterial superinfection. Most often, drastic symptoms occur if there is a drop in immunity caused by stress, an infection, fatigue, etc. Sometimes vulvar, vaginal, anal, penile sores appear, and even in the thigh area. If the examination is not performed carefully, the symptoms may be mistaken for symptoms of another disease.
Today there is no cure for this disease, only therapy that relieves the symptoms.
