The Republican Health Insurance Fund finances the in vitro fertilization program. In order for a couple to participate in the in vitro fertilization program at the expense of health insurance, it is necessary to meet the prescribed conditions and pass the necessary tests. The services of the process of in vitro fertilization (hereinafter: VTO) for the needs of insured persons of the Republic Health Insurance Fund (hereinafter: RZZO) are provided in health institutions: - Institute of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Clinical Center of Serbia, Belgrade; - Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic "Narodni Front", Belgrade; - Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina, Novi Sad; - Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the Niš Clinical Center; I Republican expert commission of the Ministry of Health for in vitro fertilization and assisted reproduction reproduction determined that inclusion in the in vitro fertilization program is necessary cumulative fulfillment of the following indications (criteria): - women who have infertility despite appropriate treatment; - women who have not given birth or have no living children; - women up to the age of 40 at the time of receiving the decision on the fulfillment of the conditions for inclusion in the VTO process by the VTO Commission of the competent state health institution; - preserved ovarian function; - normal body mass index (less than 30); - all forms of male subfertility, with the presence of live or morphologically correct spermatozoa in the ejaculate. Insured persons who meet the previous indications, i.e. criteria, must have the results of the following analyzes and diagnostics, namely: 1. Both partners Microbiological examination: - Bacteria, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma; - HbsAg, HCV, HIV, VDRL - serology. 2. Female partner: Hormonal examination: from 2-4 days from the beginning of menstrual bleeding (once); - FSH, LH, E2, Pg, T, Prolactin, TsH, T3, T4, antimalarial hormone (AMH); Microbiology: Toxoplasma gondii, Rubella - serology Cervical screening: - Pap smear, Colposcopy - Ultrasound examination performed with a vaginal probe; - patients whose partners have a normal spermogram (normospermia) must submit the results of HSG and/or laparoscopy and/or hysteroscopy; - if they had previous operations to treat sterility, they need to submit a photocopy of the discharge list; - if any of the procedures of biomedical assisted fertilization (IUI, IVF, ICSI) were previously applied, they need to submit a photocopy of the medical report. General preparations: Blood group, Rh factor, blood count, urine, biochemical analyses, small coagulation factors - immediately before the procedure. 3. Male partner: - Spermogram (This type of preparation is necessary for all couples, while there are also those whose preparation requires additional analyses, depending on the case) The age of analyzes cannot be longer than one year, except for smears and ultrasounds, which are valid for three months, and hormone analyzes are valid for six months. II Couples who are found to meet the criteria for applying the VTO procedure are eligible on two attempts at in vitro fertilization at the expense of mandatory health insurance funds. III The decision on the fulfillment of the conditions for inclusion in the VTO process is made by the Committees for VTO of the competent state health institutions that sit in the following health institutions: - Institute of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Clinical Center of Serbia, Belgrade; - Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic "Narodni Front", Belgrade; - Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, Clinical Center of Vojvodina, Novi Sad; - Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic, Clinical Center Niš, Niš. Insured persons from the following districts are referred to the Commission for VTO of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina: North-Bački, Middle-Banatski, North-Banatski, South-Banatski, West-Bački, South-Bački and Sremski. Insured persons of the district are referred to the Commission for VTO of the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Niš Clinical Center: Rasin, Nišav, Toplički Pirotski, Jablanički, Pčinjski, Borski, Zaječarski, Pomoravski, Kosovsko-Pomoravski, Kosovska Mitrovica and Gračanica. to the Commission for WTO
